Chief Executive Officer
Christopher A. Illman is CEO of OneTouchPoint, a fast growing, leading Marketing Communications company headquartered in Hartland, WI. OneTouchPoint is majority owned by the Private Equity Firm, ICV Capital and is a key company within ICV’s Platform Portfolio of Companies.
Chris has full P/L responsibility and manages all Sales, Operations, HR, Finance and Administration. Chris has extensive M&A experience being a part of over 15 transactions as an investor and operator. Chris helped lead a successful exit of OneTouchPoint with Huron Capital to ICV Capital as part of its next growth chapter.
Previous to this position Chris was WW Managing Director of Sales for Gartner eMetrix. Chris was responsible for world wide revenue and business development for Direct Sales, Alliances and Channels for a software start up venture of publicly held Gartner, Inc. focused on Business Performance Measurement. Chris led the creation of the division’s core offering and built the company’s professional, customer focused and consistently high performing sales organization within Gartner.
Chris spent 15 years at Xerox Corporation, where he progressively rose through the ranks to become GM, Upper Midwest Operations for Xerox Business Services, responsible for sales, operations, finance and administration of a $150M and 250 employee business. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He resides in Delafield, WI with his wife Cathy and three daughters, Sydney, Madeline, and Sophie.
Chief Financial Officer
Steve brings over 25 years of financial experience to his new role. He has deep expertise in strategic planning, financial reporting, risk management, pricing and cost accounting. In his last role, Steve was the Chief Financial Officer at Interactive Health, a worksite wellness and prevention company. During his tenure, the firm grew revenue by over 250% in 3 years, with enterprise value and free cash flow growing faster than revenue. Prior to Interactive Health, Steve served in CFO and executive financial management roles for manufacturing, technology and healthcare companies that are similar to OneTouchPoint in size and scope. Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting from University of Tennessee, and a MBA in Finance & Business Policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He was also formerly a practicing CPA. Steve will be based out of the Hartland, WI location and grew up in nearby Oconomowoc, WI.
Chief Information Officer
Phil has over ten years of progressive experience in the Information Technology field. He was hired by CoakleyTech in 2002 which ultimately became part of the Midwest division. Phil and his team have worked diligently over the last several years to streamline processes in IT across the platform and to ensure that our systems meet the growing demands of our customers and our internal staff. Phil has been instrumental in developing the U.Connect platform, which is a key pillar in our Enterprise Account strategy and drives long term account retention and stickiness. Phil studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Phil lives in Brookfield, WI, with his wife Jenny and sons Maxwell and Mason.
Chief Operating Officer
A forward thinking global operations executive, Pam has over 20 years of experience in the commercial printing industry. As Chief Operating Officer, Pam is responsible for the operational direction of the platform, including process and productivity improvements and all cost-saving initiatives. Prior to joining OneTouchPoint, Pam was a Vice President of Operations for RR Donnelley, overseeing 10 operational facilities centers. She was also instrumental in the architecture of new SaaS innovations to increase sales and organic growth. Pam holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Printing and Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northwestern University. Pam lives in Brookfield, IL with Mark and her three children.
Chief Revenue Officer
Joe has joined OneTouchPoint (OTP) with OTP's acquisition of PrintManagement, and brings over 25 years of experience in leading and growing organizations. Joe has been in the industry since 1984 and has was an owner of a print broker when he founded PrintManagement in 1999. Over the past 18 years, he has led the company through organic growth and the successful transition into a best-in-class digital printer. PrintManagement became one of the leading printing, design and fulfillment companies in the SW Ohio Tri-State area. Joe is a 1984 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and holds a BS in Marketing. Joe is actively involved on a number of boards including the Evans Scholars, Western Golf Association, Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a long-time board member and past President of the Maketewah Country Club. Joe is married to Jean and has two girls, Olivia and Madolyn.
Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Christie leads promotional sales, agency services and is responsible for the strategy and execution of OTP’s corporate marketing. Christie brings more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience. Her work spans verticals and includes leadership on both the agency and client side, with national management roles at both AT&T and Capital One. Christie was hired to drive enterprise growth via lead generation for our enterprise solutions, including OTP’s SaaS product U.Connect. Christie joined OTP from The Holley Group, where she led the marketing innovation consulting practice. Ms. Kimbell has a BA from the University of North Texas and lives in Texas with her husband Isham and children Evan and Catie.

Joni is well known in the platform for leading sales expansion into key verticals and developing sales training and customer integration programs. However, she has also been involved in many other aspects of the Midwest division. Joni has held a variety of leadership roles, including Manager of Finishing & Distribution and VP of Client Services. Joni previously worked at Heckel’s Eagle River Marina as a Marketing Director. Joni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has a charismatic personality and a passion for keeping customers happy. She is looking forward to sharing that passion (and her love of the Green Bay Packers) with an even broader audience in her new role. Joni lives in Sullivan, WI with her husband Steve and son Stevie.

Brian has joined OneTouchPoint (OTP) after seventeen years of highly successful sales and sales management experience. Brian joined OneTouchPoint with OTP's acquisition of PrintManagement, where he was an owner. Brian's expertise and entrepreneurial spirit began with a successful sales career at IBM and spanned a series of technology start-ups. During his tenure at PrintManagement in
